this set is selfish. this is somewhat like the eclectic set except a bit more coherent. the sequence oscillates. upbeat, then country-leaning with a thoughtful comma of melancholy. the set biases itself toward elton john and the eagles. at times a delightful sprinkle of the cars rises up. also making an appearance are gentle bee gees tunes and a standard or two (e.g., i left my heart in san francisco or misty). nothing alarming happens here. this warrants a bit of attention but mostly offers pleasant, familiar background play.
